Program registration fee is $150 for football and $125 for cheer. 

In addition, there is a mandatory fund-raiser for $150 that is performed during the season.

Please download, print, & sign the attached form.  It contains important emergency contact information & a liability release for your player.  You may return your completed form during Equipment Hand-Out, Aug. 2, at Interbay Playfield.
